Arrive at least 15 mins before your booked session to ensure we have enough time to sign you in.
Your session will start and you’ll be harnessed up by one of our instructors. They will then talk you through the safety information.
Time to Clip ‘n Climb! You will have a full 55 mins in the climbing arena, then 5 mins to debrief and remove harness.
Pre-booking of your Clip ‘n Climb session is highly recommended as our sessions fill up quickly. You can walk in, but there is no guarantee that we will have spaces available.
If one parent or guardian is bringing multiple children, some of which are not their own, that adult is responsible for that group.
Loose fitting clothes and trainers are recommended.
Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops or rock shoes into the Clip ‘n Climb Arena.
Please take off all jewellery, including wedding rings. We do have the facility to safely secure jewellery if required.
Weight Restrictions – The minimum weight you have to be is 10kg and the maximum weight restriction is 150kg. This is to allow our Auto Belay to function safely.
Please ensure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your booked session to enable us to sign you in. Your briefing starts at the time slot you have booked, if you should arrive late you may be asked to wait until the next session has started to have your harness fitted and safety briefing before entering the climbing arena.

For standard climbing bookings you can cancel or amend your booking up to 48hrs in advance of your booking date. Refunds will only be given if the cancellation is received more than 48hrs in advance.
For Birthday Parties, Exclusive Climbing Sessions and Corporate Events you can cancel or amend your booking up to 7 days in advance of your booking date. Refunds will only be given if the cancellation is received 7 days in advance or more.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if less notice is given. Please contact us to cancel or rearrange a booking.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
Climbing is considered a potentially dangerous activity that can lead to serious injury if safety procedures are not followed.
All participants are required to adhere to the rules stipulated in the @rules for climbers’ Poster and any additional safety information given by the centre staff. Clip ‘n Climb Stoke cannot be held responsible for any participants acting outside of the rules laid down for their safety and well-being.

It is not the responsibility of Clip ‘n Climb Stoke to know whether or not a customer is medically fit and able to climb. All participants must make Clip ‘n Climb Stoke staff aware of any past or existing injures that may affect your participation. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate, we advise you speak to a member of Clip ‘n Climb Stoke staff. By taking part, you acknowledge that you are in a fit state of health to participate and do not have a medical condition that may be triggered or aggravated by participating in activities in the climbing arena.
All participants are required to sign an acknowledgement of risk agreed to Clip ‘n Climb Stoked terms and conditions before they can begin climbing in the arena. Customers booking online are required to acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions as part of the online booking process.
Group booking and birthday parties will be required to sign this at reception on arrival.
FOOD AND DRINK:
Customers are NOT permitted to consume food or drink at Clip ‘n Climb Stoke unless it has been purchased from our on site café, except for weaning babies.
Customer Property:
Small lockers are available to store items securely at your own risk. Clip ‘n Climb Stoke do not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and damage to valuables or any personal possessions that belong to a customer or guest during their visit to our centre. Please email info@clipnclimbstoke.co.u or call 01785 812906 to speak to reception for all lost property enquiries. If your item is found it will be held for a maximum of one month, after which time it will be donated to charity. Clip ‘n climb Stoke accepts no responsibility for returning property items to you or for any items that remain unclaimed within this time frame.
Antisocial Behaviour:
Clip ‘n Climb Stoke will not accept any antisocial behaviour in the climbing arena or anywhere within the centre.
If any customers or guest are abusive to any other visitor or a member of our staff, Clip ‘n Climb Stoke reserves the right to remove the offending person from the premises without any refund. There is a zero tolerance approach to banned substances. Consumption of alcohol/drugs is prohibited unless agreed as part o a private event booking, and where alcohol can only be consumed after they have finished climbing. Those bring in unauthorised alcohol/drugs will be asked to leave. Clip ‘n Climb Stoke reserves the right to refuse access to the arena if they suspect someone to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Car Parking:
Please park in the designated spaces outside our centre. If the car park is full please park on Opal Way. DO NOT park in front of other businesses, clamping is in operation and clip ‘n climb Stoke accepts no responsibility.
BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please check you have selected the correct Clip ‘n Climb. Clip ‘n Climb Stoke is situated at Unit 6, Douglas Park, Opal Way, Stone Business Park ST15 0YJ.
Bookings must be made by those aged 18+. In making a booking with Clip ‘n Climb Stoke, you accept all the terms and condition specified. Please do not make bookings with Clip ‘n Climb Stoke or purchased any related products until you have understood the terms and conditions.
All standard climbing sessions, private hire , group bookings, parties and corporate events must be paid for in advance, otherwise you will not be allowed to participate.
Booking confirmations will be delivered to the email address provided on the online booking system. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please check your spam/junk, or contact the centre so we can re issue one.
Please note we advise and request all customers arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time to allow checking in, and a safety briefing.
Cancellation and refund policy:
Despite the best planning possible, we appreciate that life happens and you may need to cancel or amend your booking with us;
Post Covid– 19:
Cancellation due to Covid-19 symptoms past the 48hours you will not be able to get a refund, but will be able to rearrange you session if more than 12 hours notice. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms please do not come into the centre. Call us on 01785 812906 to rebook your session, for a time at least 3 weeks from your original session regardless of a negative covid test.
Standard Climbing Sessions:
Full payment is required in order to book your standard climbing session with Clip ‘n Climb Stoke. Once you have booked your climbing sessions online via our website, we will issue a full refund for cancellations made up until 48 hours before our booked slot. If your booking is less than 48 hours away no refund will be given.
Refunds will NOT be given to any booking made within the 48 hours period prior to our booked slot. This includes booking the wrong centre.

Your £50 deposit is non refundable within 28 hours of your booking date.
You are required to given final numbers and pay the full balance 7 days before your party.
Whilst we can appreciate that some children may drop out last minute (e.g. due to sickness), unfortunately we will not be able to refund these individual within the 7 day period, once you have confirmed final numbers.
Group Bookings:
Your £50 deposit is none refundable if cancelled within 14 days of your booking slot. Full balance is due 7 days prior to booking slot.
