To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. Please complete the booking form and we will get back to you to discuss you enquiry within 24 hours
Confirmation of final numbers and the remaining balance is required seven days prior to party please
We advise, all party guests MUST arrive at least 15 minutes before your party time. Where appropriate clothing (no sliders, heels, really loose clothes, no necklaces or loose hair).
We provide food on site as part of your package but Birthday Cakes can be bought with you. We have a fully staffed and open cafe for all and a Mezzanine sitting area.
Adults can attend FREE of CHARGE and watch climbing from the Mezzanine cafe (where you can take photos) or you can pay to climb. We don’t allow parents in the arena unless you have children under 7 who need some extra encouragement (due to safety and we have multiple encouraging and trained staff to help)
